By far the most fascinating motorcycle I am aware of, the Britten V1000.  There are ten in existence.  Until recently only one of the ten were active.  Now there are two.  Originally purchased by Roberto Crepaldi, of CR&S in Italy, “Black Beauty” now resides in the USA.  Recently she has been torn down to the very last last nut and bolt, and then rebuilt.  This February, in Christchurch New Zealand, Black Beauty will run free again in the John Britten Memorial Race, held on what will be the 20th anniversary of John’s death.  This short film is the story of her past, her present, and a glimpse into her future.  Enjoy.
